This internationally IChemE-accredited and highly ranked programme equips you with the skills and research mindset to become an independent and responsible engineer. You’ll be trained as a general Chemical Engineer while tailoring your studies through the Science & Engineering Orientations: Health, Nuclear, Energy, and Circularity. The programme offers a flexible and innovative curriculum, with options to explore clean energy solutions, medical and health applications, sustainable and circular processes, nuclear chemical technology, supported by TU Delft’s on campus research reactor, and even Artificial Intelligence through elective courses and a full time interdisciplinary AI project. In the second year, you’re free to choose your thesis topic, complete an internship, study abroad, or join interdisciplinary projects, giving you a strong foundation for excellent career prospects. You’ll study in a vibrant international community, with close collaboration between TU Delft and industry partners, medical centres, start-ups and established companies. Through design projects, company visits and research opportunities, you’ll gain hands on experience and valuable industry exposure.
