School is where I need to go Five days every week Otherwise my teacher thinks I’m gonna be a freak This is where we spend the day The classroom is the place Where we listen and we learn Work on our knowledge base Tell me what you’re thinking of Show me what you’ve got I want to be a part of it Just want to know WHAT’s UP What’s Up???? The teacher writes upon the board And we, we will make some notes With our pencils and our pens That’s just how it goes The whole idea is that this stuff Will get into my head But I still need - some more time I am not there, not yet Sooo….
